Cancellation Policy
Reschedule/Cancellation: 48 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If client cancels/reschedules within the 48 hour window, there will be a $25 fee charged to the card on file. If cancelled within 24 hours of service, there will be a fee equal to the scheduled service price.
No shows are unacceptable.
If a client does not show without notice, they will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If client has more than 3 no shows they will be asked to no longer book.
